Princess Caroline Napier Grass is a taller version of 'Princess', a tender ornamental grass with upright arching foliage that darkens to deep purple burgundy as summer temperatures rise. The fluffy purple bottle-brush like flower spikes bloom in late fall if not exposed to freezing temperatures. Grows best with full sun and medium to wet well-drained soils. Drought tolerant once established. High powdery mildew resistance.
