Monrovia® Twister Agapanthus is a compact mounding semi-evergreen perennial with narrow dark green grass-like foliage. Tall stems sporting global clusters of attractive bicolor flowers that have white faces and a violet blue base bloom in summer. Flowers best when pot-bound and consistently moist. Remains evergreen in mild winter climates.
