Cityline Paris Hydrangea is a dwarf hardy deciduous shrub with a tidy mounding habit of upright stems and leathery disease resistant leaves. The large mophead panicle flowers are deep fuchsia red-pink regardless of the PH, though in acidic soils will have a purple tint at the flower centers, and blooms throughout summer. Best bloom in partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.
