Ice Dragon Spirea is a compact mounded deciduous shrub with sharply toothed oval blue-green leaves that contrast nicely against the burgundy new growth. The small but plentiful flat-topped clusters of rich pink flowers cover the plant in late spring and rebloom sporadically into summer. Grows best in full sun and well-drained soils.
