Flip Side Chaste Tree is a small multi-branched deciduous tree that can be trained for a single and has upright arching branches. Flip Side has a distinctly colored foliage that emerges olive-green and matures to purple-grey with dusky purple undersides and turn pumpkin orange in fall. Long panicles of tiny fragrant deep lavender flowers open midsummer and reblooms into fall. Flowers are highly attractive to butterflies and bees. Flowers best with full sun and moist well-drained soils.
