Tinkerbelle Lilac is a compact rounded deciduous shrub with green foliage. Panicles of wine-red buds open to pale pink spicy-sweet fragrant starry flowers that bloom in late spring to early summer. Best flowering with full sun and rich, moist well-drained neutral soils. Tinkerbelle has good resistance to powdery mildew.
