Miss Kim Manchurian Lilac is a compact upright deciduous shrub with dark green foliage that turns burgundy in fall. Panicles of fragrant starry flowers with white faces and lavender to icy blue bases bloom in mid spring. Best flowering with full sun and rich, moist well-drained neutral soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. No serious pests or diseases. Leaf-roll necrosis may occur. Late spring frost may damage flower buds and young leaves. Prune as needed immediately after spring flowering. Prompt deadheading before seed setting will increase next year's bloom.
