Neon Flash Spirea is a mounding deciduous shrub with oval sharp-toothed dark green leaves that becomes dark burgundy in fall. Flat-topped clusters of neon red-pink flowers cover the plant in later spring to summer. Grows best in full sun and well-drained soils. Removed spent flowers to encourage additional bloom.
