Mario is a Landscape architect, environmental planner, and former Urban Agriculture Director for the city of Atlanta. As urban agriculture director, Mario led the "AgLanta," initiative. AgLanta is a comprehensive and systematic approach toward strengthening the local food system. Mario was named 40 under 40 by Georgia Trend magazine and University of Georgia and serves on the board of the Georgia Green Industry Association and member of the American Planning Association, and American Society of Landscape Architects.
