Golden Girl Helianthus is a fast-growing compact annual and with sturdy multi-branching stems which doesn’t spread aggressively.  The showy pure yellow flowers with dark center disks bloom very heavily all throughout summer and continue until frost.  Best bloom in full sun in acidic and moist well-drained soils.
